Hi over the last 2 weeks I've been having trouble getting my charge 2 to connect to the gps when I try connect for outdoor bike it says check app. I've check the location accuracy on phone and it's fine. My Fitbit syncs fine but now I've post the phone icon on the Fitbit screen when I try to connect. Any help would be great

Hi there, I followed all the instructions that you sent but still no luck with connecting. I also tried to restart my fitbit but I couldn't do that either.
