not charging, not syncing (!) <- is all that will show on the screen

Hi everyone,

 

About 2 weeks ago my fitbit charge 2 stopped working. It will not sync or charge and all I get on the screen is a blue circle with a ! in the middle. I have done everything, cleaned both the charger and the fitbit, changed the power source from different wall chargers to the computer and left it to charge for 2 days straight and nothing.....

 

it is not even two years old, please does anyone have any suggestions.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't mention if you have tried restarting it so if you haven't please follow these instructions.
