My charge 4 will not synch with my app! I try to pair them and it gives me the message I need an app to pair them. It did work fine and now it doesn't. I tried installing and reinstalling and it does no good at all! I have had so many problems with the charge 4..it is a good waterproof watch is all it is good for. Everytime you do an update it messes up!

Hello @Still_Fat

I see you have already tried reinstalling the app to troubleshoot your syncing issue. Just in case you haven’t tried, turn off your Bluetooth, restart your phone and enable Bluetooth again. If that doesn’t resolve things I’d try restarting your Charge 4? You will not lose any of your data restarting. Just go to your Charge 4 screen and tap settings then scroll down and tap about. Finally tap reboot .
😃 Let me know how it goes and if this resolved the syncing problem (by the way…great username 🤣…made me laugh)

Oh how awful @Lain33 😵💫 When you say re-set do you mean rebooted/restarted your Charge 4?  If this is a persistent issue I’d definitely contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Hello @Catrionah

You said you have tried all of the above troubleshooting tips but your still unable to sync your Charge 4. Is your Charge 4 showing as connected in your mobile devices Bluetooth list? Or not connected? Or not showing at all? You can try turning off your Bluetooth, open your Fitbit app and try to sync the Fitbit App manually by swiping the page downward. Tap “fix it” at the top then allow Bluetooth settings to turn on. Check here to make sure your mobile device is indeed compatible: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices

Make sure you have the latest Fitbit App install, your mobile device is updated and lastly that your Charge 4 has the most up to date firmware. You can check on the Charge 4 Firmware but opening the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap Help & Support. Now scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Check for Charge 4 Update” ….update your firmware if indeed it needs updating. If your still experiencing issues after trying these troubleshooting tips then I would suggest contacting Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
😉 Hopefully these tips get you up and running again
