phone syncs with charge 3, but no show in bluetooth

following instructions, time zone is correct but actual time is wrong.

Iphone will sync but it does not 'see' the Charge 3 in phone bluetooth settings.  (Iphone 11)

As a new user, I just wanted to correct the time on the charge 3, before trying it's other features.Very frustrating...
