"403: forbidden" error on Charge 3

Hi! I've been trying, for a week now, to add my card to my Fitbit wallet. But it keeps on showing error 403: forbidden.

I've talked with the bank and they said that the card was authorized for Fitbit. I've talked with customer service through Twitter, did everything they told me to do, deleted the app and restarted the phone 3 times, and nothing works.

I've been able to add a card before, but now it's not letting me and it is frustrating. Does anyone had this problem and knows the solution?

Thanks!

Hi,

That doesn't really help. The real problem is the sync between the app and your system. I followed the steps provided at this post: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Getting-Error-403-Forbidden-when-trying-to-add-Credit-Card/td-...

And it worked immediately. So, if everyone if having that error when trying to add a card to "wallet", try this first. Installing and uninstalling the app doesn't work at all.
