"Bonding failed" message on Charge 3

I keep getting a "bonding failed" message.  Not sure what to do to fix it! Also to how do I get to the weather app?

When are you seeing that "bonding failed" message"? Have you setup your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions there

 

Now about setting up the weather, see Weather.
