I don't know why, but a few weeks ago, I noticed that after my step-count goal was reached, I would not be notified of that fact. It now activates, vibrates, etc., when I reach 2,637 calories burned. To me, the most important feature of my Charge 3, is counting steps. What happened? I'm reluctant to do a complete reboot, as I really need to keep my data, I don't want to start over..............any suggestions?
Thanks a lot!

We can choose which measurement is used for our primary goal. For the Charge 3 we can choose steps, floors, distance, calories or active minutes. It seems that somehow your primary goal has been changed from steps to calories.
You can change it back via the app by:

Mine did the exact same thing and i literally just fixed it! What worked for me and will hopefully work for you is I went on my settings on the fitbit and scrolled down to do not disturb and turned it off and exercise alerts on. Hope this helps.😀
