Hi there. I've been for a walk and a run with my charge 3, and it knows the distance as it's factored it into my overall day but it's not giving me a map. I've ensured my previous Charge 2 is unpaired, tracker GPS is on, location on phone on, the phone's not saving power, I've even done a factory reset on the phone, and reset the tracker, much to my inconvenience. This is driving me crazy!

I have this problem too. Worst thing is that it used to work a few weeks ago. I dont think i did anything to make it stop, but now all my exerciss say "GPS will not be turned on" I have an older phone (Note 4) but it used to map walks automatically, now when it recogizes the exercise it just doesnt do the gos tracking. (Edit for typos)

I have the same problem. I have tried all the solutions suggested for the charge 2 that were possible or for my Android phone but still get this message. A pity!

I'd like to add my voice to this thread. Charge 3 that, so far, has not logged any GPS activity. I have read many messages about this and am no closer to solving it. I feel like throwing the bloody thing in the rubbish.

My charge 3 was also tracking my route up until about a week ago and now it's suddenly stopped. Have they removed this feature so they can add it to premium member benefits? It's really really frustrating

I have the same problem. The message "Gps will not be turned on". Why not if I want it to be turned on? I can't get it to change to on. Kind of frustrating.
