"No devices paired" on Dashboard

I've been using my Charge 3 for months, and I have an account on fitbit.com that I set up a while ago, but never really looked at until today. On my dashboard it says "no devices paired". My dashboard shows I've burned some calories, but I think that's just calories people burn for being alive.

How do I get my stats to pair with this webpage? I'd like to try to download some of my numbers if that's even possible. But I need to get my account on fitbit.com and my Fitbit that I wear on my wrist are both mine and connected.

Thanks

It's great to see you around, @TWC-ACD-Beag.

If you are seeing the "No devices paired" on your Dashboard, that means that your tracker isn't paired. I recommend setting it up by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. Also, I suggest checking that you are entering to the correct Fitbit account.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Thanks for the reply, AlejandraFitbit.

I think I'm already paired- my watch is paired to my phone (and has been,
since May 2019), and my "personal info" on the web page when logged in, and
on my phone are the same.

Is there something in addition to this I need to do? As far as I can tell,
everything is set up but the PC interface and my phone aren't talking to
each other.

Please let me know what's not happening that should be (in addition to the
thing I'm asking for help with).

Thanks again.

I have noticed that this is an older thread and no response was given, but I just ran into the same issue. Has anyone found a solution?

I am here from March of 2022 and also looking for an answer to this question.

The same issue being reported here, i.e., a Fitbit device stopping being paired (infor via the web-browser, although the Fitbit app says things are OK), and indeed syncing to third party apps such as Strava is a problem for me which started about a week ago.  I can trace it back to when I went for a sea-swim and wanted my Versa3 to record the activity, and then upload it to Strava.  Ever since I have had to upload activities manually via a tcx file, which is a little tedious to say the least!  I am hoping it isn't a fault with the Fitbit.
