"Not enough data available" to properly log workout-Charge 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I tracked an elliptical workout on my Fitbit watch, but it didn't log properly in the app. It logged the activity type, heart rate and duration. It did not log the heart zones or Impact on my Day data. It logged the calorie graph, but not the separate calorie figures.

It also didn't feed through to my Vitality app.

Tracker & app have successfully synced several times since this issue.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Na1a5ha.

Thank you for the information provided.

To prevent this situation from occurring again, I would recommend setting up your Tracker as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1624734435235.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

In addition, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.

Hope this helps.

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

My tracker and app are already linked. See comment about them successfully syncing.

I am not having an issue with tracking my heart rate in general, the issue is with the split between Heart Rate Zones being calculated.

Do you have any idea how this partial logging issue occurred? Do you know how I can resolve it?

No I don't have any suggestions. However setting up the tracker as a replacement device, will cause the tracker to be reset and this may fix the issue.

Don't worry, the app will first sync the tracker..
