Hi.
The "Sleep not tracked" display is a known issue for at least 6 months. What is the 'fix' so that the "Sleep not tracked" display in my Charge 3 is either removed or accurately states sleep is tracked?

@AlejandraFitbitIs there a reason on why there is no timeline? Is Charge 3 still being supported? This issue was reported since 2018.

Totally unreliable. Fitbit has no answers to fix. Just excuses

@crazykemperThat's very true. I hope fitbit can give us an answer. I'm afraid this issue is hurting fitbit's reputation.

@AlejandraFitbit Thanks. I checked today and my Charge 3 is displaying my sleep duration today. But it didn't yesterday. The problem is random and most of the time it doesn't work. Just like many other users, our patience is running out I'm afraid. How can we escalate our issues?

@crazykemper Let's see if there is a way to escalate this. I would suggest taking it to other social platforms outside this closed community. We can also consider taking it to Google who is acquiring fitbit.

I am contacting fitbit support via Twitter. But I'm only getting usual response, i.e. fitbit is aware of the issuer, is looking at it, however, no timeframe will be given nor available.
But there's a good thing to contact them via Twitter than here. Here, they can remove your post if you mention anything negative on Fitbit. In Twitter, it is more open and they cannot do that.
