"Sleep not Tracked" on Charge 3

Up to now my Charge 3 tracker itself still indicate "sleep not tracked" from the time I purchased this last June. I just don't know what to do.

Hi, so sorry to say this but this is also the same answer that i got the first time i raised this iasue last year..a month after i purchased it last april. I was told that they will get back at me once it will be fixed but i think since i havent received any emails, this has not been solvedAnyways, i hope on your future trackers you could include in the app "find your cellphone" feature..once you will tap your tracker, the cellphone will ring.Thanks anyway for the reply you made.TessSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
