Hi,

 

I'm trying to order something from the online store and the message "We were unable to validate your credit card. Please re-enter your card information to place your order." shows up all the time. Been trying to place an order for 3 days.

 

I've seen this problem was mentioned here before. Seems like it's happening again, can somebody help?

 Please check whether you are using a non-expired credit card. After checking this if you still get the error message try using a different card. If that also doesn't work try contacting support by going to this website :

http://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1

I had a similar sitation when my credit card was robbed. The scammers tooked all the money and my card was blocked by the bank. As I readed on https://ccreviews.to/, they can copy my card's information and put it on a blank card. Then they buy items with that money. I know it's a late answer but still, it might be helpful for someone else 'cause the banks aren't so safe as were once.
