For the first several months using my Charge 2, I was usually getting the detailed sleep information. Then, suddenly, only the generic type inaccurate information was available. Can I restore the process for good sleep data. I'm not sleeping in a different position, or with the Fitbit strapped on differently -- no changes were made in that respect. Possibly polishing the back, or something else might help???

My sleep is no longer being recorded. The rest of dashboard days is ok.

I guess this means that one of the Fitbit functions can cease to work, while other functions continue to work properly. I noticed that, recently my detailed sleep function worked on two days (separated by a couple of non-working days), after not working at all for a couple of months. I'm certain that this has nothing to do with my sleep position suddenly changing, but something within the Fitbit electrical process.

Just lately my Charge 2 has not been recording all of my sleep (only some.) And no detailed information either.

Three nights for me. They won’t respond to my questions about it.
