Charge 4 still connects to my android phone, but will not sync. So only today's information shows up there and disappears tomorrow. It also refuses to connect to bluetooth on my computer. Please fix this garbage.

Same here. Tried everything revoke 3rd party app. Restart Charge 4. Reinstalled both fitbit app and HPB Health 365 App. Just refuse to sync!
After the updated fitbit software.

Since update yesterday can’t get my Fitbit to restart. Get vibration and smiley face but goes black. Customer service is no help. Looks like this has happened to a lot of people. They suggest you purchase a new Fitbit even though they casued this problem.

Not only this, but both my wife’s and my Charge 4 are dying much, much faster now. Anyone else? They used to hold a charge for well over a week. Now it’s 2 days max. Not happy… We‘ve only had these for a year and a half and they were working just fine until the update.
