screeen gone black on hr3

My screen has gone black on my hr3, wont turn back on. fully charged. still registering steps on the app but nothing on screen at all? can anyone help please? thanks.

This seems to be quite a common problem. Often a restart of the fitbit fixes it. Instructions for this are at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

 

If that doesn't help then others have found that changing the clockface via the app can kick the fitbit back into life. If that works then it's safe to change the clockface back to what it was.
