My screen has been black for awhile. However it still connects/ tracks. Recently asked to update system to sync my device but unable so see 4 digit tracking number so unable to sync at all now. Tried plug it into my computer & doing through the website. No go with that. Not sure if there's a hack around that or if i just need to buy a need one. TIA for your comments/suggestions
