seeing up a used charge 2 with my account

hi i recently purchased a secondhand/used fitbit charge 2 tracker and i can't seem to set it up with my account? i have tried turning my bluetooth on and off and restarting the set up/pairing process but nothing seems to be working. what should i do?

Is there another Fitbit close by? If so move it at least 30 feet away. They interfere with each other
