HOW DO I RESET THE TIME AND DATE

Hi @7604 - welcome to the forums. Which phone do you sync to? More importantly, does your phone show the correct time?  If yes, syncing your Charge 2 should reset the time. If it does not, go into the Fitbit app —> Account —> Advanced —> Time Zone. Make sure it is set to Set Automatically. Re-sync. Let us know if this fixes the problem.
