two charge 2's on the same account

My daughter bought me a charge 3 for Christmas. I then bought two charge 2's for my parents to help track their heartbeats and sleep. I can only add one charge 2 to my account. When I try to add the second charge 2, it replaces the other charge 2 device. Is there a way to add both of the charge 2's to my account or will I have to make a separate account for the second charge 2?

Hi @CathyMWP

You can monitor and sync all Fitbits to one computer or smartphone. Each person will need their own email address and account to keep them apart.

If you add the Charge 2 to your existing account, it will only recognize the activity for one of the devices (Charge 2 or Charge 3) but not both. This is how many people use two different styles of Fitbit to suit the occasion.

So, set up each parent with their own account You can log in and out of the Fitbit app and log in the person you wish to upload data and check out the dashboard

You are the most Fitbit family this year! Congrats!
