where to force a sync on fitbit site

I am using the dashboard at the app at fitbit.com. It periodically sync's with my charge 3 but I cannot find anywhere to force it to sync when I want to update what I have just been actively doing. When I used the app from the MS store there was a place to click to sync.

There is no place to Sync any device on the Computer  Dashboard. Unless you have Windows 10. But you still need to down load its app

 

Otherwise Must be done in the phone app
