white lines have appeared on my charge 3

This morning when i put my Charge 3 FITBIT on charge, white lines appeared. 

Is there a way to get rid of them?

Ive tried resetting my device, change clock faces etc.

Hi, @Daisy_77! Unfortunately, at this point you're going to have to contact Fitbit Support. Make sure you let them know the troubleshooting you have already done.
