Hey i have a charge hr. i got it from my sister. i charged it and it won’t turn on. the app says it is fully charged but the fitbit itself won’t work. please help!

Hi @mattison here is the link - click - for the user manual and related help articles. Try a restart - click - of the Charge HR, as it usually gets things going. If the battery has been dead for a while, it might take longer to get it going, too.

okay i have had it charging all day yesterday and all night. it says it’s charged but when i take it off the charger it doesn’t turn on no matter what. i’ve tried restarting resetting it and nothing is happening.. help...

How long was the Charge HR not being used? Sometimes the batteries die and simply don't revive. I've read where some people have kept restarting and charging it and sometimes it does return to life. Not sure in your case what else you can do at this point.

I'm having the same issue Mattison.   I had MISPLACED mine and just found it again today!  Funny, cuz it was still charged after a LONG TIME, but it will not turn on, no matter what I try.   😞   Even tried a factory reset.  (I think?)
