All I really need is for someone to tell me how to fix my Charge 2 !! For some unknown reason my charge 2 does not have the right time. I charged it one day and then when I went to put it on it was 4 hours behind. I have been all over this site and cannot for the life of me find out the answer to "how do I reset my Charge 2". I went through the first few pages of this community but I don't have time, nor do my glaucomic eyes see long enough to search over 800 pages of questions. When I went to my dashboard there was no sync button, just a message saying I hadn't synced since April. Nothing as to how to sync it nor did following the "have a problem" link that was next to my "you haven't synced" message. Please all I need is the instructions for resetting my fitbit Charge 2. Thank you in advance for any help in getting this small task completed.

Do you have it set up on your smart Phone? If so open the app and it should start to sync.
If it doesn't then go to account and tap on Sync now
If it doesn't help try a Long Restart
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
