I bought the Charge 2 in May. Recently I had set it to charge and when I went to put it back on, the wrist band kept disconnecting, and I nearly lost it at least twice before I put it on the table and haven't worn it since.
And on an unrelated matter, it doesn't seem to be keep track of all my steps either.
These are way to expensive to be falling apart and not doing what they are supposed to be doing.

@Koolgram With regards to your wristband, It sounds like you are still in warranty, so I would suggest contacting Customer Support so they can assist you further with this.
I would try giving your Charge 2 a couple of reboots to see if that cures your step problem.
