I eould clip the strap back on untill i hear a click, then tug lightly in the direction it would come off.

It however would depend on if it unattached or broke off.

@WarrenGlover13 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Besides the suggestions that @Rich_Laue shared you can also try tightening the screw the wristband has (you can see it on the metal part when you remove the wristband) and also pulling the metal tab to the outside so it better secures it.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi Warren - and where would one find a screwdriver the size of a flea?  Did it come with my fitbit and I just missed it?  My FB has popped off my wrist twice today and luckily it landed on carpeting and I found it.

Can you also explain what you mean by "pulling the metal tab to the outside?"  Where?  What metal tab?  I really don't want to lose my FB.

Thank you!

Hi Warren,

I had the same problem after I banged ny wrist going through a doorway. I don't know what screw they are talking about either. I tried everything including bending the metal clip on the wristband - no good. A co-worker said she had the same problem quite a few times to the point where she just went on Amazon & bought new bands from a vendor. You can't beat the price & you get three different colors. Been wearing the replacement for months with no problems.
