wristband won't stay attached

I tried changing wristbands and cleaning out the connection. The wristband just becomes detached on a regular basis. Any ideas?

Any idea on what tracker we have?

Does it look like the mount or band is broken? 

Is it just one side or both? Have you switched the sides around?
