I can't post in the pinned topic and can't open a ticket.... Thoughts on how to get a replacement band?
the "top" band of my Charge 2 keeps falling off. Started happening several times a day and just beared with it. The metal bits will not click and tighten (works ok for the "bottom" band). Up until yesterday it would at least loosely latch on (and therefore stay on wrist for most of the day) but yesterday it stopped even doing that so the tracker is no longer wearable.
How can I get help for this? Tried to submit a ticket but it says my device isn't listed/connected to my account (weird because Fitbit sends me emails every other day about this device!)
It's too bad Fitbit makes a great product but wrist bands are CONSISTENTLY a poor experience.

Are you still under warranty? If not, you could just buy a third-party replacement from Amazon.
