I have done all the steps to reset my Inspire HR several times and Still getting a smiley face that will eventually turn to the Fitbit logo with 

QIZELKYM

 showing on the face?? Help

Also thanks for troubleshooting prior to contacting us. We strive for excellent customer service, and customer satisfaction remains our number one goal. I've checked with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. Please keep an eye in your email inbox, you'll get some information about your case.

 

I'd like to mention, that your post was moved to the Inspire & Inspire HR board; so you can get a better response according the Fitbit you're using.
