1km info on runs

On runs, my Fitbit used to tell me through my ear phones when I hit each kilometre and stats. I have checked my settings and it should still be doing this. I have also reset it and it is still not doing it. Anyone have any suggestions?

You can only get that when starting run from phone app.  Are you still doing that?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
