2 New Inspire HRs will not update & sync

Just bought 2 Inspire HR’s trying to set them up but niether will update & sync.

1 connected to Iphone 6s on IOS 11.2

1 connected to Iphone 6s Plus on IOS 12.3.1

Each has a separate fitbit account

We have run through all of the trouble shooting guides and followed the steps a few times but we still can’t get past “update failed” and won’t sync so unusable!

Any ideas on what to do, have looked for customer support contact details but it says replies in 2 days, having only bought these today I think it totally unreasonable to have to wait for someone to email us back in 2 flippin days! Anyone got a phone number for them, a fix or do I go back to the shop for a refund in the morning? Advice much appreciated, many thanks!

The number is (877)623-4997. I was on hold for over 16 minutes and called back. I have currently been on hold for over 41 minutes. Good luck, having exactly the same problem. So frustrating!

Bought the inspire hr 2 hrs ago and haven’t been able to set up. Was put on hold with fitbit over the phone for 40mins until somehow the call hung up. TRied again and turns out there is a problem with fitbit on ios systems. They created a ticket/case number on my behalf and then asked me to try updating again tomorrow - since they are working on fixing the issue. I Was told that if it doesn’t work tomorrow, call again day after tomorrow. WAs so excited about my fitbit. Now im just really disappointed.
