I started using my device, brand new out of the box, two months ago, and for the last two weeks it's become very glitchy. It only tracks every third night or so of sleep, frequently tells me it can't sync, only gives me sporadic notifications even though all my settings are correct, and often tells me there is no data to provide health metrics. I wear it exactly the same way all the time. Last night it didn't track my sleep - again - so I added it manually (around eight hours) and it's logged it as three hours?
What's the point of it if it's not going to do what I need it to? I'm spending way too much time on this device, as it is it really isn't fit for purpose,.
