250 steps per hour discrepancy

There is a discrepancy between the number of steps per hour that is shown on my Inspire than what is shown on the app. It has happened for several weeks now. I reported it a couple of weeks ago but it’s still happening.

Let me help you with your reminders to move data. On the app, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this remove this feature, restart your Inspire and then set it up again.

I'm having the same problem. My inspire is less than a month old. My Inspire HR is less than a month old. I've tried all the steps suggested in different threads on this forum, but this seems to be a recurring problem for many users with different fitbit models.
