250 steps per hour missing on my iPhone

Inspire clearly showing 10 out of 11 hours achieved 

 

When syncing in App on iPhone it shows 8 out of 11 hours achieved

My app is showing that I have an update available however......

I have been trying to complete the update.

It has failed numerous times

Hi @JeanetteDC thanks for getting back. Thanks for reporting that you have tried to update your Inspire HR with no luck.

 

Please before to try again make sure your device is charged, Fitbit app should up to date and follow these steps:

  1. Turn your device off and on again, and retry the update. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your phone, and retry the update.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account on a different device, and retry the update.
