44000 steps logged in 1 minute

Hi can someone help. I got up this morning and had about 100 steps logged when all of a sudden it said I'd done an extra 44000. Please note the distance traveled was less than a kilometer according go the app. Can anyone please help fix this. I've uninstalled and reloaded the app on my phone. But it is still registering both on the fitbit and the app. Thanks in advance

Hi @Melskib since you know what minute it is, mark that minute as driving. The data is already in your cloud account. See the second FAQ about how to log an event, type driv in the search bar and tap on driving.
