Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

I have the same problem, and I can't find a way to contact customer service. I'm in Spain and I don't use Twitter. Is there an email I can use? Thanks.

Hi @GibsonGirl  I've asked a moderator to stop by to assist you. As far as I know, live chat is the best option as there seems to be no email support at this time. Have you tried that?
