I have two accts: Old linked to a Blaze fibit on my msn email(2018) & New linked to my Inspire2 currently on my gmail acct. Read about the google + Fitbit changes for 2023 & thought that's how I needed to set up the Premium program I just purchased. Called support & they told me to delete the old one on msn. In the effort to delete it, I must have accidentally deleted my ability to use my gmail account for either acct b/c now I can't access my active Fitbit Premium account. Undid the msn deletion hoping to undo the mistake somehow.....didn't work! Called support who tried multiple times to reattach my gmail my active account (1'30" long).....didn't work! I have no way to access my Fitbit account b/c the window says No access to google email. I tried just creating a new gmail account, but the window says there's already an account with that email. The support person says he was going to get in touch with the higher ups & will contact me tomorrow. Does anyone know what the bleep I have to do to reattach my google acct with Fitbit???
