Account Icon on app / "clock faces"

I have a Mac desktop and an Android phone.  I managed to set up everything on the app and at Fitbit.com.  I saw in the instruction manual that we can change the clock face on this model and it says:

A variety of clock faces are available in the Fitbit Clock Gallery. To change your clock face: 1. With your tracker nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon > Inspire HR tile. 2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks. 3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view. 4. Tap Select to add the clock face to Inspire HR.

So where IS this icon?  I don't see it on the website and I don't see it on my app.

Thank you!

From How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

How do I change my clock face?

To change your clock face:

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

    > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Clock Faces  > All Clocks.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
  4. Sync your device to see the change.

It looks like you found instructions for the old phone dashboard.  What is referred to as account icon is now the profile pic at top left of 'Today' page.

But instructions above should be good now.

Thanks, but this is actually what appears to be for a previous version of my FitBit because nothing fits here.  I did find other info and one item says "you can't change your clock face if you have more than 38 apps on your phone...." so that solves my problem right there!  I have more than 38 apps and won't be able to change anyway.

That's not true of 38 apps on phone.  The limit is 38 apps on the tracker, not on phone.

From my detailed instructions above, exactly which steps were you able, or not able to do?

On my Dashboard on my computer I can click on my profile picture .... and
then that's it. Clicking on my device image gives me nothing but the
option of changing that image.

> your profile picture > your device image. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap
Select to install it. Sync your device to see the change.

"On my Dashboard on my computer"

Are you looking at the Windows 10 Fitbit app, or fitbit.com in a browser?

When someone doesn't specify, I assume it is using phone app since that is the most common, to avoid giving multiple answers depending on if using phone app, Windows 10 app, fitbit.com dashboard, etc.

I am looking at fitbit.com.

However, I found a neighbor who actually showed me where to find the clock
faces and every time I clicked on one I got a message telling me it's not
compatible with my device. That's fine...not a problem. I just thought I
could get something more to my liking but considering it doesn't even show
all the time, and it works fine, I'm happy with the default one.

Thank you for your help though!
