Active Minutes/Hourly Activity Not Updating

Active Minutes and Hourly Activity are showing on my Inspire HR, but they are not syncing with the app.  I have tried resetting my device, disconnecting/reconnecting it, syncing multiple times.  Any advice would be great.

Let me help you with your missing data on your account. This is odd. So you can see the data on your tracker but not on your app? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure your tracker is syncing. Could you also share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app?
