Active Minutes and Calories burned Too High

I've had a fitbit charge hr for the past three years, so I've got a lot of data to compare to. Just replaced with the inspire two days ago. It's registering active minutes and calories through the roof. In the three years I've had my charge I've never burned over 3000 calories in a day, and I didn't even work out nearly as hard as I have previously. The steps and miles seem accurate. The heart rate seems too high, but not CRAZY high. But the active minutes and burned calories are way off my normal charts. I've double checked my personal info like age, gender, etc. I've tried resetting the fitbit.

Hi all

Does anyone know how I can reset my fitbit inspire to fix the calories count? I had 13 steps and 560 calories burnt.

Thanks a lot

Does anyone know how we can get someone who works at Fitbit to pay attention to this problem? I just used chat support and the rep denied the existence of this problem.

Finally after no answer or help from Fitbit I was forced to switch to the Apple Watch. Real shame because I liked the Fitbit very well except for the calorie count problem.
