I just recently returned to Fitbit. I seem to remember that for each minute spent in cardio, vigorous, or peak we would get 2 zone minutes. Has this been changed and replaced with cardio load, which also looks unfamiliar to me.
With the medical recommendation of 150 minutes per week of exercise, I kind of thought that “double” minutes was a cop out. How are others feeling about this change and what other changes might there be? I last used a Fitbit prior to the Google takeover.

Zone Minutes and Cardio Load are both there now. Cardio load is a relatively recent addition and many seem to think it has a ways to go to be of much use.

Hi @gojekno2. Double credit for vigorous and peak zone minutes isn't a cop out. The complete activity recommendations are 150 min/wk of moderate activity or 75 min/wk of vigorous activity or a combination of the two.
Active zone minutes are a simple measure of physical activity. Cardio load is more of a measurement of overall stress on your cardiovascular system. In theory, it should help guide you to maintain or increase your cardiovascular fitness, depending on your fitness target setting.
Cardio load and training load are new to Fitbit, but have been on other platforms for a few years. Cardio load is used by physical therapists and in cardiac rehab, too, not just in exercise.
