Active min not showing in Exercise tab.

I’ve been using the tracker option to start and stop exercise. In spite of the graphs showing increase HR into FB and Cardio zone it’s still showing zero active minutes. 
App is updated, I’ve tried logging off and on, syncing, bluetooth off-on, no change so far.

My day total does change and they do show up un the active min tab, just not on the exercise tab. As if I’m 100% under the zone.

I appreciate that you share the inconvenience with your Fitbit app. Thanks for the troubleshooting steps performed until now.

Please, I suggest you to follow these steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Check if the active minutes are available now

Please, let me know, does it happen before with other exercises?

This resolved for any workouts after the reset not for the ones already logged. I’m satisfied with the result.
