Active minutes Inspire HR

My active minutes remain at ZERO, even after a 45 minute walk and even at the end of the day.   Is there a setting somewhere to turn this on or is it just not working?

Thanks

Hi @Justmejen Welcome to the forum. Active minutes are calculated by continuous movement more than 10 minutes in duration and heart rate for trackers that have that feature. Perhaps you were walking and stopping along the way just enough so it didn't capture it as active minutes. This occasionally happens to me if I'm taking a walk while on a phone call. I get distracted by the conversation and slow my pace. You can learn more about how this is calculated in this Help article.

No stopping, not even a pause for 45 minutes. Arms swining with each walk. No pockets, no phones.  Zero minutes.  This is my 4th fitbit so I am familiar with how they calculate, it just isn't.
