Active minutes and calories burned are being deducted

Ok, so when this first happened, I thought maybe it was just a glitch. However, now it’s a “daily” thing and it’s very annoying (and kills the purpose of having a fitbit) if you are trying to keep up your “active minutes” and calories during an intense workout! For example today, I got on a spin bike - with 550 calories on my Fitbit already. After an hour of spinning - my active minutes were 7mins (Even though I was in peak times for good 40mins) and total 460 calories burned (I had 550 calories BEFORE starting my workout).
Anyone else having this issue? It’s been happening for good 2 weeks now and it gets frustrating after a time...

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you recall when was the first time you experienced this issue? Is this affecting only such stats or steps or heart rate tracking as well? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Inspire HR and learn more about active minutes here

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
