My active points aren't syncing with bingo. I'm in a challenge, went in a 20 minute walk, and the activity points show zero. I uninstalled the fitbit app, and all updated are up to date.

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Active minutes are granted for the most intense activity your tracker detects this won't equal the amount of time you do an exercise. For example if you go for a walk and do this for an hour but decide to actually jog or run for 20 minutes of that hour, your hour long activity will be detected but most likely will be awarded only 20 active minutes as these were the intense ones. You can read more about active minutes and how they are calculated here so you can compare it with your activity.
If you did get active minutes for the walk you did then try logging out out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

My friend and I have been doing bingo challenges for about a year now. When I say the challenge is not syncing any activity points I mean that. I went on a twenty minute walk. The walk showed up on my dashboard, it ticked off in my 5 day exercise goal, nothing showed up in the activity points in the challenge. This is the second challenge that zero activity is getting synced to bingo. Do you have any actual suggestions? Did Fitbit do an update for the HR or android?

I am having the same issue. 39 minutes on main screen, nothing syncing to bingo. It isn't updating my steps either. It's not an issue on not accruing the minutes or not knowing how they're calculated, as I did a pretty good workout today and definitely have some. Like I said, main screen shows 39....
I've logged out, restarted phone, logged in. I've cleared data. I've done all the things the internet has suggested to try and get it to sync up and it's not working.

I am having the same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It’s tracking my steps and miles but not minutes.

Facing the same issue but with an Alta HR. Worked out this morning and both my tracker and app dashboard show 54 active minutes but Bingo shows zero. Steps and mileage is pretty accurate but no active minutes are syncing. Restarted my tracker, logged out and back into the app, removed my device from the app and reconnected via Bluetooth.....NOTHING is working. Extremely frustrated.
