Active minutes disappearing

This has been happening for several months now and I'm getting seriously fed up - today, I went for a walk of around 1.5 hours, well over 10,000 steps.  I checked while I was out and the active minutes/steps were logged on my Fitbit.  Once I got home, the active minutes disappeared, and the steps were down to around 9000.  I'm losing confidence in this particular brand of fitness tracker  - I've had a Fitbit for over 5 years (several different trackers) and, if I ever needed a new one, I'd definitely consider buying a different brand.  NOT happy

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Only your active minutes were affected or other stats as well? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Inspire and let me know if the issue persists.
