Active minutes haven’t synced

Hi I’ve been using Inspire HR for  a few weeks & to date it’s been syncing fine but for some reason yesterday’s active minutes aren’t pulling through when I sync to my iPhone. It showed 53 minutes of active time on my Fitbit but after multiple syncs the app data still displays 0. I’ve tried suggested steps (logging out/quitting app, restarting Fitbit, switching off Bluetooth & phone) but has made no difference. Active minutes the only data not syncing- any ideas to resolve this? Thanks!

Hi! I have the same problem, but with my active hours. My fitbit said I made all my active hours yesterday, but the app says I missed the last hour. It's the second time I have this problem and I only have my fitbit for a few weeks. I would love to hear an answer to this!

Hi, sorry you're also having issues with activity tracking. The problem also affected my hourly activity data, which on that date didn't pull through to the app at all & shows as zero. So on my dashboard it looks like I didn't move a muscle all day, despite recording well over 11,000 steps and a 2 hour walk! Fitbit support haven't provided any explanation as to why the problem with syncing only affected hourly activity/active minutes - the response was to erase the data from my tracker, unpair it from the Fitbit account and then pair it back as a replacement. Obviously that won't recover my 'lost' data though. Searching past posts, similar problems with active minutes &/or hourly activity seem to have been occurring frequently and repeatedly with different Fitbit devices for years - as a new Fitbit user that doesn't fill me with confidence in the device's accuracy & reliability!
