Hi there, I searched for similar topics but didn’t find good answer. Active minutes depend on heart Zone activity; well - it doesn’t work for me. Just completed a 45 min leisure bike ride with 103 average bmp (126 for couple of minutes) and got exactly 0 active minutes. It’s really frustrating. Plus the claim for peak zone that minutes count double is incorrect. Does anyone know how to fix it??? Thanks!

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forums. There is a section in this Help article that describes earning active minutes. One of the requirements for active minutes is 10 continuous minutes of activity to get the counter started. So when you hit that 10 minutes, you get those 10 minutes then each additional minute. So if you were in your fat burn zone for eight minutes then slowed down a bit (Fitbit doesn't say for how long that is), you won't get any active minutes. If you sped up enough to get your heart rate back up, but not for 10 minutes, you get no active minutes. Make sense?
Did you track this ride with your Exercise app or did it record with SmartTrack? If it is tracked, there is a heart rate graph that shows your time in each zone.
You get 2x the minutes for cardio and peak minutes for devices that give active zone minutes (Ionic/Versa family/Charge 4). The Inspire HR doesn't award active zone minutes, but the Inspire 2 will.

Thank you - the double count is solved but the active minutes are still off. I didn’t fall out from Fatburn zone once during that period. I’m tracking with Fitbit app 😉 maybe it will get fixed with next update or I’ll just take shot of espresso before ride to up the pulse (joke). Thanks!
