Hello,
my Inspire has stopped logging my sleep and activities from one day to the next. Everything else is still tracking fine (steps, active minutes, active hours through the day). My device is set to track 10 minutes of walk, run ... as an activity. But now, even if I go for a walk for over an hour no activity is counted. No sleep is getting recorded whatsoever.
I have already tried the following:
- resey my device (several times)
- let the battery go flat completely (that was the only thing that worked on my old flex2 at the end)
- delete the device and setting it up again on the app
- delete the app cache
- reinstall the app
Nothing has worked.
Please advise.

Have got it to log sleep again last night, by chance I noticed that after last update it had set itself to clip attachment instead of on wrist. Will see if picks up activity during today....

Same problem, I see no reply as of yet from fitbit, do they follow this or is this just community? Is this a purpose built in digital obsolescence before Xmas, hoping that people will upgrade to a new model?...

Thank you so much for sharing.
That was the solution.
I wouldn't have found that setting without looking for it specifically... (as it is on the tracker only and not on the app... and well hidden...)
Sleep and activity is now recorded again.
Some support from fitbit regarding this bug would have been nice though.
