Adding exercise shortcuts on Inspire 2 with Windows 10

Hello.

Just got a Fitbit Inspire 2 yesterday. Found out the hard way that my phone doesn't support the app so I'm stuck using the Windows 10 one.

It's all fine until I click the + to add an exercise shortcut. Then it just closes the app, no error message or nothing.
I've tried logging out, restarting, logging in. Still does it.
I've tried uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling, re-pairing the Inspire 2. Still does it.
I've tried updating the app, it's the latest one on the Microsoft Store.

What other things is there to try? Thanks...

I figured on my own that I can use the website dashboard to add my exercises from my PC, I don't even need the app. Just press the watch icon at the top right and select your device.

Leaving that here for people getting the same problem. Cheers.

Hi there, @RedheadBacchus. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for the details provided, and for your efforts while working on this. Before anything else, let me explain that the Inspire 2 was optimized to work with Android and Apple devices to ensure its connectivity and the performance of its features. Because you're using a Windows 10 device, some features won't be able to update as they should. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and my best advice is to borrow a compatible mobile device from a friend or relative so you can connect your tracker. Once you've synced, you can see your data on the Fitbit app for Windows 10.

See you around.

So you're saying that it won't be fixed. I see. So windows 10 users really get no more updates and we can't even use the premium features. Time to cancel the sub. Thanks.
